With over 25 years of experience driving scalable growth, operational efficiency, and strategic transformation, he is regularly called on by boards, investors, and senior management teams to support them as a fractional/interim Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Stuart has played a pivotal role in scaling some of the nation’s leading agencies, high-growth firms, start-ups and legacy companies—including digital agency Tenthwave, a division of Wirestone (acquired by Accenture Digital), top-ranked integrated agency 360i (acquired by Dentsu), and award-winning digital interactive marketing firm i33 (acquired by 360i).
Previously, he served as the Chief Operating Officer at Group Vested, a trusted global marketing and communications firm for top brands in the financial industry, where he oversaw all aspects of operations, ensuring seamless delivery of services across Vested and its platform companies Finance Studio, Financial Narrative, Red Lab, Vested Accelerator, Qwoted, Vested Ventures & Talking Biz News.
Before Vested, Stuart served as the COO of Cannes award-winning, independent health creative agency, The Bloc, managing a portfolio of 4,000+ projects annually. He also led operations for McCann Health (an Interpublic Group agency) in New York City, contributing to a remarkable 200% growth over five years.
Throughout his career, Stuart has provided comprehensive operational leadership across various offerings, spanning social content, website development, broadcast commercials, online media buying, and ad serving & reporting solutions. His expertise has been instrumental in serving renowned clients such as Johnson & Johnson, Oreo, Coca-Cola, American Express, Novartis, Diageo, eBay, GlaxoSmithKline, Time Warner, and Marvel, among others. He began his career with Time Warner Inc.
He holds a BA from Boston University’s College of Communication, Broadcasting & Film and an MA in Television, Radio and Film from Syracuse University’s S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communication.
