Ross Bagley is an experienced technology and operations professional. He has worked for numerous companies – public, private, large corporations, small business and startups. Positions held include Chief Technology Officer, Chief Information Officer, Sr Vice President of Operations and Technology, Director of Technology, Director of Emerging Technologies, as well as numerous others.

His areas of expertise include Application Development, SaaS, Digital Transformation, Data and Analytics, User Centric Design, Cloud Strategy, Enterprise Architecture, Mergers and Acquisitions, Workflow and Automation, Technology and Strategic Planning, Budget Development, Compliance, Program and Project Management, Process Improvement and Implementation. He is certified by the Health Insurance Association of America and has been a member of the Project Management Institute since 2005.

Ross has a BBA in Accounting from Kentucky State University, an MBA with a concentration in Management Information Systems from the University of Texas and is completing his Doctorate in Business Administration from the Florida Institute of Technology. He has provided support to the eGovernment Oversight Committee appointed by then Governor Nikki Haley. He also serves as an advisory member of the Integrated Information Technology program at the University of South Carolina.
