Rebecca is an energetic and seasoned HR Professional with experience across various industries. She has a strong background in building HR Strategies, Total Rewards and compensation, Project Management, Employee Relations, and Performance and Talent Management.

Her most recent experience includes rapidly scaling a digital media company and building out its HR function, including HR strategy/roadmap, platform implementations, benefits, performance management systems, and compensation philosophy. Her managerial experience has prepared her to lead, coach, and develop high-functioning HR teams.

Before joining TechCXO, her focus was leading HR departments in the small to mid-size space focused on rapid growth across various industries. Rebecca has domestic and international experience working across all states in the US. Her career spans the Midwest, New York, London, Hong Kong, Canada, and Singapore, overseeing all Human Resource needs for the organizations she has supported.
