Pat Henn has more than 30 years of financial and operational leadership with a proven track record of execution, having served as CFO/Senior Finance Leadership in leading public and private software/SAAS technology companies including Manhattan Associates, Indus International, Starcite, and Riskonnect. In addition, he is experienced as Interim CFO at various private equity/venture backed organizations.

Pat’s Specialties include: Global operations, IPO’s, Private Equity/Venture Capital, Investor Relations, Software and Technology Service and Product Companies, CPA.

He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Economics from the University of California, Santa barbara.
