Mitch Ballantyne is a passionate finance professional who has over 15 years of experience advising companies and executives on strategic initiatives. Having worked with companies in all stages, from founding to IPO or sale, Mitch has a keen focus on understanding the strategic elements that differentiate his clients.
Prior to TechCXO, Mitch was an investment banker advising clients across debt, equity, and M&A transactions in numerous industries. During this period, he also worked as Chief of Staff for the head of corporate and investment banking of Truist Securities, advising and executing on operating and strategic initiatives.
Mitch’s ability to collaborate with clients and multiple constituents provides an invaluable asset for companies. His wide array of experiences provides him with a depth of knowledge and skills, including financial modeling, sell-side preparation, merger & acquisition integration, financial planning & analysis, capital raises, organizational design, and project management.
His undergraduate education was at Washington & Lee University, and he received his MBA from Goizueta Business School, where he also served as President of the MBA program.
