Kari Tesenair, MBA, PMP is a seasoned product and program management professional with over 16 years of experience in technical project management and process governance.
Her career began as a software developer, and she has since successfully built project management offices as well as helped organizations maximize their project management teams and associated governance processes. She has a keen eye for identifying business process impact and accounts for the end-user experience in all solutions. In addition, she prides herself in building trust with her stakeholders and has proven successful in being the liaison with software development teams.
Her previous roles include Senior Director of Enterprise Project Management, Senior Director of Program Management, and Senior IT Project Manager for large healthcare institutions as well as non- profit companies.
Kari’s areas of expertise include agile & waterfall project management, vendor management, requirements management, portfolio governance, information management, program management, and process development. She also has experience with technical documentation, training, and process improvement.
Kari is a certified Project Management Professional, PMP, with a BS in Management of Information Systems from the University of Central Florida and an MBA from Webster University.
