Hunter is an action-oriented finance executive with a 15+ year track record of developing, evaluating, and executing highly complex strategic plans for numerous companies – public, private, large corporations, and small business. He has assisted senior executives with initiatives spanning cash flow management, capital structure optimization, financial forecasting, mergers & acquisitions, and capital raising (equity and debt).

He offers broad organizational perspective and a results-driven approach to tasks and projects with a focus on stakeholder relationship management, business & financial modeling, sell-side preparation, merger & acquisition integration, financial planning & analysis, project management, and audit management & compliance.

Hunter has a BS in Business Administration and Accounting from Washington and Lee University and an MBA with a concentration in Finance and Strategy from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School. He also sits on the board of several non-profit organizations focused on healthcare and education.
