Ben de la Cretaz is a former owner and operator who has since used his experience and education to work with founding teams and growth stage companies for all aspects of finance, fundraising and operations. Ben has held CFO and COO positions for growth stage startups, up to 100 FTE’s and specializes in Life-Sciences, HealthTech, B2B SaaS as well as Hardware/Subscription models.

Areas of expertise include FP&A, financial modeling, finance and ops systems evaluation and implementation, multi-company and international subsidiary management, equity management, budgeting and project management, as well as Board communications.

Ben has a BA in Russian Literature from Pomona College in Claremont, CA and an MBA in Finance & Entrepreneurship from Babson College. He is based in Boston where a majority of his clients are and has also managed and consulted on projects remotely.
