Scaling Success: Building a Collaborative Culture, Driving Strategic Telehealth Transformation, and Ensuring Leadership and Operational Continuity in Marketing at a Rapid-Growing Healthcare Company

Nox Health partners with employer-sponsored plans to deliver innovative, value-driven sleep care management solutions. By simplifying the journey from testing and diagnosis through treatment, Nox drives exceptional engagement and adherence, resulting in significantly improved clinical outcomes, healthcare savings, and member satisfaction.

OVERVIEW

Nox Health is committed to improving the health of populations through accurate sleep diagnostics, comprehensive, value-based care management, and rigorous outcomes measurement. This required quickly attracting highly skilled healthcare and technology talent, while fostering a sustainable, values-driven culture rooted in collaboration and a non-hierarchical approach. At the same time, Nox executed a strategic pivot from a regional, in-person care model to a national, fully telehealth-based solution. Once these foundational changes were in place, the company shifted its strategic marketing focus to present a clearer value proposition to the market.

OUTCOME

Over the past six years, TechCXO’s strategic and operational support has been pivotal in Nox Health’s rapid growth and successful scaling. During this time, the company built a robust HR team, including a VP of HR, three HR business partners, an HR coordinator, and a dedicated recruiting team. They also professionalized their compensation structure, onboarding processes, and key leadership teams, cultivating the unique culture they envisioned.

Nox secured new private equity funding and is well-positioned for continued expansion, driven by the successful transition to a 100% telehealth model.

Following these milestones, TechCXO has provided strategic marketing support, helping Nox refine its value proposition and enhance its marketing and sales effectiveness, positioning the company for continued growth.

Maria Goldsholl has been our Fractional CHRO during this period and has helped us navigate through major growth and change. Her steady support as an advisor to me and the leadership team has been a stabilizing force as we navigate this growth. Maria has systematically developed our HR function and built an excellent team. In addition, we have benefited from the use of their hourly-based recruiters. We have found the caliber of TechCXO recruiters to be superior to anything else we have seen on the market. They have hired over 90 roles for our company, spanning all areas of the organization, saving us a considerable amount over the traditional search firm. I can truly say that the TechCXO partnership has provided a tremendous impact on Nox Health’s overall success and growth.”
