Nicole Siokis is TechCXO’s Chief Operating Officer and a member of the TechCXO Executive Committee. She joined TechCXO in February 2018 and has been focused on organizational structure, internal business process review, and firm profitability. In her COO role, she is focused on firm growth by practice area and geography, firm profitability, and new strategic initiatives.
Nicole, who is a US Army combat veteran, previously served as President & Owner of the Atlanta branch for a national strategic workforce solutions firm. She was also an Associate Partner for a well-known executive search firm, where she was responsible for strategic partnerships with senior business and HR leaders. In addition, she worked for a major telecommunications company based in Atlanta, where she served as Director for Small Business Marketing as well as Director for Domestic and International Carrier Relations.

President & Owner, Corps Team / Mom Corps – Corps Team was a national leader in strategic workforce solutions for highly skilled, hard-to-find talent. Through three specialized divisions (Corps Search, Mom Corps, Corps Advisory), the company helped firms achieve higher returns on their talent investments.
Associate Partner, Bell Oaks – Nicole was responsible for developing strategic partnerships with senior business and human resource leaders to expand or confidentially replace their teams from the manager to senior executive level.
BellSouth, Director, Small Business Marketing – Responsible for Long Distance, VOIP, Wireless (Cingular), and Broadband marketing efforts to BellSouth’s Small Business customer base generating over $2.2B in annual revenue.
BellSouth, Director & International Carrier Relations – Responsible for establishing strategic alliances and negotiating agreements with service providers around the globe to expand BellSouth’s footprint, generating over $1B in domestic and international revenue.
Nicole was also a Senior Pricing Analyst for Sprint and a Captain in the United States Army from 1992-1996.
She is a graduate of Clemson University.
