Rebecca Chastain graduated from the College of Charleston, where she obtained a BS in Business Administration. She also completed an additional concentration in Hospitality & Tourism. She is a member of CHIEF, a private network focusing on the promotion of women in leadership.
Rebecca is a customer success & operations leader with 15+ years of experience building customer-centric support organizations.
Most recently, Rebecca served as Vice President of Client Services for an e-commerce platform where she managed all teams working to support 8+ products, custom solution development, relationship management, and overall customer retention. Prior positions include Senior Director of Client Services, Customer Success, and Consulting for healthcare and e-commerce businesses, both in the public and private sectors.
