Christy Kudlac is a senior leader with 25 years of demonstrated experience developing software in the Information Technology industry. She has held positions that have included Head of Engineering, Director, and Program Director at multiple companies.

Christy’s areas of expertise include leading and managing software product development organizations, Agile development transformations including the use of SAFe, Scrum and Kanban practices, delivering large multi-tenant SaaS solutions, and most recently Product Operations which is the intersection of product management, engineering and customer success (go-to-market counterparts). She has experience in the MarTech, FinTech, Sales Engagement, and Educational Fundraising arenas.

Christy holds a BS in Computer and Electrical Engineering from Purdue University. She is a passionate mentor who values collaboration, culture, and relationships to move products to the next level.
